Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival your room is available from 4 p.m. Should you arrive after 8 p.m., please inform us by phone. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10  a.m. By arrangement with the reception, a late check-out is possible on the day of departure, subject to availability and for the following surcharge:

  • Use of the room until 5 p.m incl. wellbeing area animAlpina and our Tea Corner at the peaK – € 50.00 per person
  • Use of the wellness area and our Tea Corner at the peaK – € 30.00 per person

 

Deposit

To confirm your reservation, we ask you to transfer 30% of the total amount.
Alternatively, you can also provide us with a valid credit card number to confirm the reservation. In this case, we will charge the deposit directly to the credit card.

Flexible rates – perfect for early bookers

Our rates depend on the different room categories and the current occupancy rate. This means, if we have only very few rooms available at our hotel, the prices are higher than usual. Vice versa, the prices are lower if we have more free rooms. Thus this flexible model rewards those who book particularly early.

Dogs

You would like to spend your vacation with your dog in South Tyrol? You are welcome to bring your quadruped friend by arrangement. We charge 20,00 € per night (without food).
We ask for your understanding that dogs do not have access to the restaurants, the wellness area and garden, but we will of course gladly grant you the possibility to have your breakfast and dinner together with your dog in a dog-friendly dining room - please let us know this wish already when booking your stay.

Please bring your own dog blanket or sleeping basket.
"just surprise": for stays of 5 nights or more, a surprise bag awaits your dog as a welcome gift upon arrival.

Note: in the entire hotel but also in the village, in the city and on walking and hiking trails in the region is mandatory leash. Muzzle compulsory in all public transport and cable cars.

 

"just alpine" wellness bag

Upon arrival you will find our "just alpine" wellness bag with bathrobe and sauna towels in your room.
You can buy our personalized wellness bags for €35.00 at the reception. Our special sauna towels can be purchased for €15.00. If they are no longer in your room on departure, we reserve the right to charge you for them.

 

Children's discounts

The children’s discounts are valid for overnight stays in a room with two full-paying guests:
0 to 2.99 years: €15.00 per child and night
3 to 7.99 years: 50% discount on the list price
8 to 13.99 years: 30% discount on the list price
from 14 years: 15% discount on the list price

Local tax

The indicated rates do not include the tourist tax, amounting to € 1,80 per person (over 14 years) and night, to be paid locally.

Parking place and underground car park

The outdoor parking spaces are free of charge for our guests. For the underground parking we charge 10,00 € per night (except bookings of our Top Suites).

Cancellation conditions

Special cancellation policy - Covid19
We have relaxed our cancellation policy for summer 2021 so that you can book your holiday with peace of mind in these difficult times.
You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival without reason. If an official travel ban or an official classification as a risk area applies, no cancellation fees will be charged until the day of arrival.
The deposit will be credited in full for your next vacation at the Alpinhotel.

Cancellation conditions – general terms
It’s a real pity if a room remains vacant even though other guests may have wanted to stay in it. For this reason, we request that if something should come up, please inform us as early as possible. We’ll try our best to be accommodating. Although you do not have the right to cancel the agreement according to the Consumer Protection Code, we offer you the following cancellation conditions:

  • Cancellation of your room reservation is free up to 30 days before your arrival (in case of timely cancellation, just € 20.00 will be charged as a handling fee)
  • Cancellation 30 days to 15 days before arrival: 30%
  • Cancellation 14 days to 8 days before arrival: 60%
  • Cancellation less than 8 days before arrival: 80%

80% of the total price will be charged for late arrival or early departure.

Because the health and protection of our guests and employees is our top priority, we strongly advise against arriving in the future if you have a cold, mild fever and flu-like symptoms.

Exceptions
Cancellation conditions – low season
In the low season, cancellation is free up to 8 days before your arrival on special working days.
Please note, the reference to the provisions governing consumer protection: “Notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005)”.

Cancellation conditions – special offers and high season
For our special offers and during the high season (Christmas, Biathlon, Carnival, Easter, August, Superbike, etc.), the following rules apply:These reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After that, 100% of the price will be charged.

 

Travel cancellation insurance

Life does not always go to plan – with our cancellation insurance via Hogast keeps you financially safe. The insurance covers you in case of illness or other justified reasons.

Payment methods on site

We accept cash, debit cards and credit cards (except American Express). In case of complete payment of the hotel bill in cash already upon your arrival, we grant you a 1% discount.

Room and table requests

We will be happy to take your special room or table requests into consideration if possible, but we cannot guarantee reservations.
