Yoga in the forests and meadows: Health and well-being thanks to the powers of nature

Every Tuesday, 4 p.m. – 5.30 p.m. Despite the important achievements of medicine, many people are nowadays more discontent and sicker than ever. Noise, stress, job and personal pressure strain our body and mind. Thanks to the exercises of Hatha yoga we’ll go in search of our inner balance bringing our physical and mental energies into balance. Surrounded by the magnificent natural landscape of Olang/Valdaora we’ll find inner peace and summon up new strength – because the way to health and balance begins inside each one of us.

The pleasant smell of the meadows and forests in springtime will help us to increase our well-being and sharpen our senses, discovering undreamed energies deep inside of us. Finally, we’ll take some teas and drinks from herbs and plants that nature provided us.

 

Forest meditation – Stretching limits and developing mental strength

Every Wednesday, 9 a.m. – 12 a.m. Discover the nature awakening in spring! The forest meditation helps us to broaden the view into our inside. In the springtime, experience at first hand the force and energy of nature in the forest. We’ll dive into a magical world filled with the healing power of the green forest and discover the most amazing powerful spots of Olang/Valdaora. Thanks to exercise, conscious breathing and perception of the forest with all five senses we are able to open the gateways to both our heart and brain. Developing a deep mindfulness and extensive awareness of the world around us. We’ll come to inner peace, enjoy freedom and connection to nature. A new feeling of self-confidence, strengthening and earthing is spreading. In harmony with nature we’ll bring body, mind and soul into balance.

After the forest meditation we’ll celebrate the day with excellent teas end drinks and maybe some delicacy we found on our path among the forest.

 

Discovering inner balance by running

Every Friday, 7.30 a.m. – 8.30 a.m. Exercise in the fresh air is certainly one of the best ways in order to find inner peace and balance… Specially if surrounded by the beautiful nature of Olang/Valdaora. Together we’ll run through forests and meadows, observing how nature awakes under the warming light of the morning sun. By every step we feel the new force of spring around us and we’ll absorb that energy with every deep breath we take. Guided by our competition experienced trainers we’ll see how everyone, from beginners to ambitious exercisers, can find inner balance by running, combining right nutrition and technique. We’ll also take some refreshment from appropriate sources of energy and notice that nature provides us everything our body needs, even for intensive physical activity.
