Conditions
- the prices in the Alpinhotel Keil in Olang count for one day per person and a minimum staying of 4 days.
- a supplement of 15% will be calculated for stays less than 4 days
- we charge a booking fee of € 20 per person and day
- special offers can not be accumulated

Arrival and departures
- Room are available at 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated at 9.30 am on day of departure.Earlier or later check-in, check outs cost a extra € 5,00.
- We calculate the full amount for earlier arrivals or later departures.
Assurance for storno
It is advisable to take advantage of our own special insurance to cover cancellations or interrupted holidays, as otherwise .a fee can be charged according to EU laws.
Animals
Animals are welcome in our Hotel, however due to the fact that our staff have extra cleansing work, we charge € 5 – per day.An alternative is the dog hotel St. Franziskus which is situated nearby in the village.
In the case of contention the court of bozen must be applied.
